Pay Yearly HOA Dues
2024 Bridgewater Place HOA yearly dues are $200.
Payments must be made to the Association via the two methods approved by the Board of Directors.
- Please make the $200 check payable to the BPHOA and mail to Erin Werth at 5745 Londonairy Blvd Hudson, Ohio 44236.
- Using the BPHOA website, make a credit card payment of $207.44.
- There is a transaction fee of $7.44.
