As a group of volunteers, the Bridgewater Place Homeowners Association (BPHOA) helps ensure that the Bridgewater Place neighborhood continues as one of Hudson's premier communities.
The Board's primary role is two-fold: 1. Ensure the amended Bylaws and original Restrictions are consistently followed, and 2. Fiscal responsibility in all financial matters of the BPHOA operations that includes the annual budget approval and the regular communication of financial status to all homeowners.
